This privately owned valley, surrounded by 350 square miles of National Forest, provides a unique venue complete with four separate meeting sites: the Main Lodge, the Fitness Center, the Saloon and the Ceremonial Tipi.

Generous amenities, satisfying gourmet meals, well appointed log cabins and bubbling hot tubs reflect the ranch’s world class service and attention to detail, while 32 beds (pillow count of fifty-three) ensure an intimate retreat atmosphere.

Participants stay in luxurious log cabins decorated in Western and Native American motif. They enjoy gourmet meals in the Lodge Great Room, relax in hot tubs overlooking the valley, workout in the fitness center or melt into the hands of the massage therapist.

The huge variety of soft adventure activities available for between meeting enjoyment includes horseback riding, hiking and jogging, fly fishing, archery and trapshooting. Many aspects of the interrelated activities at Hidden Creek Ranch are powerful experiential learning opportunities.

The WellBeing Program offers physical fitness, yoga, meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques to relieve tension and restore natural balance. Earth Philosophy explores ancient earth wisdom and the circle of life within nature. Centered Riding ® instruction promotes mindfulness which allows participants to be present and in partnership with their horse.

Evening activities such as fireside entertainment, the dinner ride, line-dancing and the seven course candlelight dinner round out the complete meeting experience.

The Hidden Creek Ranch Ultimate Adventure Challenge Course can be additionally utilized to inject fun and camaraderie into

any retreat. Both the fifty-eight foot climbing wall and the high speed zip line are designed to reinforce individual confidence through group support dynamics set in a fun, safe environment.

The other twenty-eight elements of the team building and high ropes course are also powerful tools, empowering participants to create a safe and trusting environment for open communication, teamwork and strategic direction within an organization.

Meeting planners can work with the ranch’s corporate training division, Unitree, to choose from various workshops or to customize an adventure learning program designed specifically for their corporate meeting.
